THE BREWING TRADITION IN THE CSÍK AREA GOES BACK HUNDREDS OF YEARS.
So if we’re talking about tradition, Manufaktúra is the best place to look for the answer to the question: what makes a craft beer craft? The craft character of a beer is determined by what is brewed. Craft beer is brewed from natural ingredients in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516: barley malt, water and hops. No other additives, preservatives, enzymes or even pasteurisation are added to the beer.
